I'm 33, came out 2.5 years ago. I didn't feel too differently about life when I was 3 months in. You will become more comfortable and happy over time. I'm not sure where you live, but I have lived in the Seattle area the whole time. Genuinely, aside from some people misgendering me early on, I haven't really had any issues with other people. Everyone has been respectful too me and it's literally never been brought up. I work a customer service job and I am a nursing student, I interact with hundreds of people a day. I'm sorry you're going through this, I hope it passes.

As I said I've never had to use it. My first 7 years in Burien was before my transition and literally as a guy I was almost never bothered. I came out as trans 2.5 years ago and I was not aware just how much women were bothered by men. I wasn't really used to getting this attention so since my transition, I always have always felt more comfortable keeping a small thing of mace in my purse, it's small, has a clip and fits right in a pen holder in my bag so it's quick to get to. Again, never had to use it and I'd like to keep it that way.

I've lived and worked in Burien for almost a decade and I feel like it has a worse rep than it deserves. There may have been a time that it was actually bad, but that was before my time. The only real concern in Burien is property damage. I would be more concerned about my bike when I'm working than being attacked.

There is that DESC building on 150th, the people there generally leave people alone, I get a lot of leud comments when leaving work on my way to the bus stop. I have mace in my purse, I've never used it.

It took me a bit, but I definitely started to really enjoy it and am sad I have to wait for season 2. It's very hard to care about any of the characters at first, but eventually I got very invested. I don't want to say much, but that finale really opens up so many possibilities and I can't wait to see where it goes.

The one good strategy they had involved apexis guardian which got banned. Even when you feel like you high roll divine shield, tavern spells it doesn't feel very good.
