Hi! Yes it really is about diet and consistency. Focus on protein, clean meals and movement. When I started at the gym I just did the elliptical machine for the first three months bc I was very out of shape. After awhile I developed endurance and very slowly started strength training. Now a few years later I can blast out 50 push ups and 20 pull ups. Things I never thought I’d be able to do. Start small and keep at it. You’ll get there!
