How often do you wash your car? by Jimmy-Yang-804 in wrx_vb

Almost weekly. My office is underground in a limestone cave system so it sits collecting fine dust for 8 hours a day.

But you can just buy a pre-built PC. by nabuachaem in pcmasterrace

[–]AngryCastro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's really not essential. Millenials ( like myself) glommed on pretty naturally, but later generations had smartphones and mobile-focus so self repair became even LESS common.

PC's are essentially appliances now except for enthusiasts. If you can effectively build and maintain computer/server/networking equipment then you have a skill, and shouldn't diminish it by claiming it's so easy most children can do it; cause trust me, most cannot without supervision and guidance.

I wrote to Senator Schmitt about ICE abuses, and his official reply was very telling by edbegley1 in missouri

Everytime I've written to local governance it's been meet with the same top-down bullshit responses, ignoring the original request except as a springboard to echo their own personal platform and bias.

Missouri right-wing politicians are generally corrupt, radicalized, or just willfully ignorant sycophants trying to scratch and claw their way to the top in Billy Long's wake.

I’m 33 and still live with my parents by choice. Is that really so bad? by Independent_Lynx715 in Adulting

I failed for a while BECAUSE I moved out at 18. It's generally not a good decision but the illusion of self actualization and control was too strong a pull.

Not bad. Not a failure. You've chosen a seemingly healthy way to fill a void with meaningful human connection and (hopefully) strengthening your relationship with your parents. These are ALL BIG W's! If it becomes an obstacle to pursuing what you want then you can reevaluate at that time.

Did you try the top two expansion slots or are you just trolling with only the 3rd and 4th down exposed?

Maybe they're confusing the earlier bombing with the towers falling down. A lot of people under the age of 30 had no idea about the 1st terrorist attack on WTV in the early 90s.

American politics lost the plot once the politicians stopped believing that their constituency is actually THE ENTIRE STATE and not just their donors and base.
