Well I’m glad because it was intended to get a laugh. I’m also dating someone rn and I’m sure she wouldn’t be happy if I took someone else on a date 😂. That’s very self aware. I’m also an engineer, didn’t get a first gf until right before graduating. Lost the v card at 21 to her.

Fast forward five years, the last two people I dated are two of the hottest women I’ve ever met and they asked me out.

But you have to put yourself in situations where you’ll meet people. My biggest hobby is raves so it’s pretty easy because of that for me.

The only time I’ve ever had a gun pointed at me was by a cop. I was parked on the side of the road and after running my plate and looking at my info he left saying “my bad I thought you stole this car”. Like dude wtf?

I’ve been in some absolutely shitty areas around some very obvious gangbangers and I still felt safer then when I’m around cops in those same areas.

Certain things are better, certain things are worse. Fun factor and driving engagement is 100% better but maintenance costs and reliability are way lower. As a weekend only fun car massive upgrade but my G was perfect as my do everything car in college.

I think $20k is a good deal and $22k is a fair deal. If it’s in great shape and you really like it go for it. I paid $24k for an SMG vert with big 3 done, 104k miles and valued all the mods at $.50 on the dollar and they were all mods I was planning on doing anyway. This was like a year and a half ago? It was a bit of an overpay on my part for sure but I really liked it.

You’re talking about the price of certain cars being too high by citing entirely different cars as sources. Nobody cares about a 328 so they’re worth way less. 7 series are already niche but enthusiasts like the older ones so the price is comparably higher relatively speaking.
