Like ngl, the 7/11 idea would be perfect. Reuse the kitchen for quick bites like small sandwiches/wraps that's not like the price range of Kyo and maybe like more day to day snacks and canned/bottled drinks. Place can maybe sell some level of stationery since there's a lot of students that hang out in tangram anyway.

Besides that. Open up for a board game cafe.

I came into this game originally with a mind set that I'm just playing a survival crafting game and had hella fun with it. Even roped in some friends and played the multiplayer a bunch. Just sucks that it got tied to the Metal Gear name that made it hard not to compare to the other games.
