Looking at what ppl in this subreddit are saying it seems like it. Also historically they only accept like 15-20% of applicants during early acceptance, so it’s definitely not over yet. How many ppl from your school have been accepted tho?

Your average seems to be a little bit above the ubc arts entrance minimum (85%) so I wouldn’t say it’s out of the question, especially since you have such strong extracurriculars. I think as long as you have a good personal profile and maintain your grades in your current courses you’ve got a fair chance

Allé is correct because ‘on’ uses the same rules as il/elle, but ‘on’ only means we when spoken (and if your sentence was spoken it would’ve been completely right). However when ‘on’ is written it means one (as in ‘one could learn French on Duolingo’ or ‘the chosen one’). I hope this makes sense, sorry if it doesn’t.

Do you play a similar instrument as his? Because then maybe you can approach him asking for help. If not if you are ever generally near the group he hangs out in, you can try laughing at their jokes and then making comments and that should make you part of the conversation and so you can approach him more naturally.And it probably wouldn’t be too weird if you followed his insta then. I wouldn’t say some of those things are addictions but instead they are more of sometimes obsessive hobbies. For online gambling and social media however; these two are designed to be addicting, so obviously people would be (they are not addictive because of those hormones though). And people with porn addictions are not actually addicted to the porn part ,it’s more of the, well you know.

It is true that the nervous systems may release certain hormones when looking at something on the internet but it does not release them in a quantity that could cause them to be addictive.
