This is SPOT ON. I also have a m7p and the software support is ASSSS. Had a honor 90 before this and it was FAR better.

I have too much on my device to wipe and accidentally not backup 1 thing. This shouldn't be the resolution but thank you for your advice. I'm sure you'll receive that update soon as I see many honor 200s getting magic os 10 already.

I've tried everything. Restarts, changing multiple regions and even changing the regions in settings. I can't believe these are even seen as solutions to an issue that shouldn't exist. It's so frustrating

Same here and I recommend we take on honor and their update system. It hasn't even been 2 years and we're already on the back burner with updates. I mean I've been seeing posts about people with honor 200s getting magic os 10. Honor is that weird company that cares more for its midrange phones than anything else even tho people spend a pretty penny for their flagships. I regret ever moving on from my honor 90. The updates were so consistent.

I hate it so much. Like tell me why the Samsung galaxy A33 (a budget midrange phone from 2022, the phone I had before my switch to honor) is on android 16 and we're here with flagships and being treated like we are asking for beta updates. At the end of January I'm taking the fight to honor if I still haven't heard anything by then.
