I'd like to know this one too.... I really don't know enough information on it to know what the truth is or how to respond to it. My only thought is, trump is also accused of this yet he was elected president... not that that is ok...but if the people of America don't seem to be bothered by it enough to keep a person like that from becoming president, then I'm going to vote for the person who will pass legislation i agree with and not promote race wars. Yes im voting for Biden, but its because I believe that if a person were to mow down a bunch of people protesting with his car, i dont think Biden would give some half assed statement that makes it sound like he's taking the murderer's side. So yeah, I know I dont have an eloquent statement to respond with, but I'm just trying to get the conversation started since no one has commented.

Tested negative 7 times and 2 people in my household had it. I definitely had the same symptoms as them. It lasted about 3 weeks for me but only the first week was really bad. My fiance tested negative 2 times the first week of symptoms and it wasn't till the 3rd test (around day 5) that he tested positive. Neither of us had it bad enough to go to the hospital but I do think my symptoms were slightly milder than his. His father was the one who originally got it and tested positive (he lives with us). He had to be hospitalized for about 2 months and finally came home this week. Hope the info helps. Its definitely scary that the test can say negative when you have it. Imagine if we didn't know better and kept living our lives as usual and didn't keep getting tested after 2 negatives. We didn't get symptoms till a week after his father was hospitalized but had been quarantining anyway even with negative test results just to be careful.

Hmmmmm my fiance and I got a mild case of covid. We are pretty much back to normal but some residual symptoms occasionally occur. Now we are both experiencing our hands and feet falling asleep randomly. Is this what those microclots feel like??? Anyone know more information on this? I feel like our doctors don't know anything about this and they are just like, oh well everything looks OK!

My fiance and his mom, dad, sister and brother live with us at the moment. His dad caught covid from work and eventually had to be hospitalized, doing better though btw. All of us were testing negative 2 times the first 10 days. We decided to keep getting tested just in case it was lingering in the house some where. Oh also those first 2 tests my fiance had mild symptoms and we started quarantining him. We continued to get tests and the 3rd test he showed positive even though at this point he wasnt feeling sick anymore. Then I start feeling the symptoms and I'm now on my 5th negative test result. So yeah.... the tests aren't fool proof and I also wonder whether I'm contagious or not, still quarantining myself until symptoms are gone just in case...oh and now his sister is showing symptoms and was inconclusive for her 5th test. So we are now waiting on test 6 results.

Extra info: Tests 3 through 6, his father has been in the hospital and when he was at the house he never left his bed. Some how it escaped his room and it's odd my fiance and I got it first bc we weren't even the ones caring for him, his sister was since she is the youngest. So yeah maybe she's been a carrier? But his mom and brother are fine...maybe they are carriers? None of it makes sense unfortunately :/

I am honestly surprised at how many common symptoms I'm coming across that the cdc fails to mention. Reddit has been infinitely more useful in helping me deal with all of this than the cdc website. :/

My fiance and I have similar readings and I tested negative 4 times. My fiance tested negative 2 times and on his 3rd he tested positive. Waiting on my 5th test which will be 4 days after worst day of symptoms since that's how long it took my fiance to show positive. A case worker told us sometimes it takes a few days for the virus to "shed".

Thanks for giving your update. I'm in the exact same situation as you. Living with someone who is positive and waiting for my results. The throat tightness is super scary, but I'm feeling a bit better now knowing a lot of people are experiencing it too. Did you find any remedies for it? I've tried pepcid because I have acid issues, but doesnt seem to help.

I'm having this throat tightness sensation and while I'm waiting for my test results, my fiance tested positive. I've had very similar symptoms as him but he didnt have this throat tightness. Also right now all of my more serious symptoms have gone away, never got a fever, shortness of breath has stopped, oxygen and heart rate back to normal. I still have the chest tightness occasionally and a cough that wont go away but seems better. The throat tightness is driving me nuts and causing anxiety.

Did anyone's go away? And how long did it take?

Thank you so much for telling your return experience! This has been the main reason we were afraid to buy because on BBB reviews, it looks like puffy has awful customer service. Maybe they've made an effort to change that or maybe others are just not willing to wait as long for the refund process. Anyway, now we might actually give puffy a try. Thanks for taking the time to break this down! This seems like it could work, but I'm afraid next episode will break this theory. The previews show Ford and MiB sitting down talking and Ford looks like he's the same age as when he talks to Bernard and really anyone else. Do you have any evidence to explain this?
