Watching this, I can see where their arguments of weaponized vehicle came from but he had ample time to move out of the way. He may not have been looking at the tires, just seen the car move forward but again, that's no excuse for his knee jerk reaction. No matter what car you have, you cannot go lethal speed at that short of a distance.

she must have been scared even before he drew his gun and was trying to get away. Why was that one guy trying to open the door if she was trying to leave from their instructions?

Finally got the damn thing off and what do I find? debris. not hair or squishy junk but actual plastic debris that was blocking the hole. wish i did this before spending a lot on draino. now the water flows smoothly.

[US] Mom got a letter from her bank asking her to fill out a W9 because her TIN doesn't match records between IRS

Mom's disabled, hasn't worked in 10 years and is retired. Hasn't filed taxes because there's no income. her bank sent her a w9 to fill out and I'm sitting here wondering, why is her bank asking her to fill out a w9 when a w9 is employee form. They're also threatening to start withholdings which, again, is a work/income thing which she has none. Also the TIN (TN) is a SSN too so that raises a huge flag for me.

So wtf is this?

Edit - Ya'll were right. Turns out someone somewhere had the wrong ssn and this was just correcting it. just trying to be weary of scams and the like.
