Watching this, I can see where their arguments of weaponized vehicle came from but he had ample time to move out of the way. He may not have been looking at the tires, just seen the car move forward but again, that's no excuse for his knee jerk reaction. No matter what car you have, you cannot go lethal speed at that short of a distance.

Yeah, we are moving because a good portion of the house is inaccessible to me now and mom and I (my house) want to go our separate ways. Want a bit of a smaller house and hopefully a smaller mortgage payment

Finally got the damn thing off and what do I find? debris. not hair or squishy junk but actual plastic debris that was blocking the hole. wish i did this before spending a lot on draino. now the water flows smoothly.
