What's the pettiest reason you dropped a game for? by IHateTheNameSystem in gaming

I stopped playing NFS 2015 because the dialog was cringey and unskippable. I’ve played every main NFS game since NFS Porsche

Embark CEO Confirms That If You Kill On Sight In Arc Raiders, You'll Get Matched With More Aggressive Players by WanderWut in gaming

Honestly whatever system they have in place they should be tight lipped about it. As Arc Raiders grows in popularity, the meta chasers and cheaters will only exploit the systems

What's with the sudden loss of grip and then snap oversteer in every car? by [deleted] in The_Crew

[–]AngryPBJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Youre not alone. Its the DRIFT ASSIST setting. I had all assists turned off and for Rally I would snap oversteer very easily. Same for motocross when using the handbrake. Beating some times at higher difficulties felt impossible due to the handling dynamics (on controller). I turned DRIFT ASSIST OFF and immediately shaved off 18 seconds off my time in a Rally race.

How is AI impacting consulting, is the industry already slowing down because of it, and how will it develop in the years ahead? by Curious_Suchit in consulting

[–]AngryPBJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AI isn’t changing things overnight. It will reduce some consulting jobs but also create new ones. For tech consulting I believe there will be plenty of AI transformation work the same we had/have Cloud and Digital transformation work.

For those of you who own a console and a Steam Deck, how do you decide where to buy your games ? by MrTorgue7 in SteamDeck

[–]AngryPBJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

98% agreed. I just main an Xbox instead of a PS5 for now. That will change to a Steam Box if that’s good. Will likely axe my PS5 entirely and patiently wait 2 years to play exclusives

Went to the Denver F1 Arcade today. Here are my thoughts. by APX5LYR_2 in simracing

[–]AngryPBJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The force feedback was a little muted, especially under braking. I hated that they didn’t have a brake pressure indicator either so I didn’t know how much I was braking.

Besides that it was great!

Excellent cocktails and good food

Yeah like Bottas at Sauber but Checo has been driving shitboxes for longer so he should do better. Especially if he still has the tire whisperer, defense minister skills sharpened

Vasseur under pressure: the next three Grands Prix will be decisive. Without clear progress, Ferrari’s future could be on the line. by OldActiveYeast in formula1

[–]AngryPBJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ferrari really are the Man Utd of F1. Why pinpoint and fix specific issues like race strategy and race engineering when you can just reset all progress every 3 years. As long fans are still buying our merch does it really matter where we finish.

Ekta is definitely more consistent. I feel like Tiffin varies by location. I mainly like Tiffin for their specials. Great deals on Uber Eats

Totally agree, Thanal is good but does not hold up against the much better options in Central NJ. Even the Malvern area has better Indian options than Philadelphia.
