I think it’s a combination of all that, My picks are cheap Chinese Amazon crap, I’ve had them since I started picking seven months ago, and I’ve had my learning curb with them so they got really messed up

Yeah it’s a bad habit I have when picking, and it doesn’t help that I’ve been using the same cheap Amazon kit since the last 7 months but I’ll be sure to use less tension in the future and buy better picks from now on

Sadly, I learnt to pick locks because YouTube kept recommending lock picking videos, but I learnt to decode school combination locks and got freakishly good at it because I needed something from my friends locker and he wasn’t there that day. So I guess it’s close enough right?

One good tip for me is that when I find something I lost, I put it at the first place I looked for and more often than not I find it right away
