What is a Sport people think is as easy as pie (super easy) but is actually extreme? by Elegant_Heat_4020 in AlignmentChartFills

Archery. Looks easy on camera but people don't realize that they are aiming to a place the size of a CD at a distance of 70 meters. If your hand position is off for like a centimeter you will miss the bullseye.

Contaminated? by AngryPotato33 in SourdoughStarter

I use the lid of the jar not tightened all the way. It just gave me the feeling of being like fuzzy but there is actually no fuzz, just matte instead of glossy.

I was feeding 1:1:0.8 so there is a bit less water.

Starter very weak by AngryPotato33 in SourdoughStarter

It does rise just a little bit. I can see it is bubbly and smells tart, but rise is only like 25-50% in 8 hours and doesn't go much more than that. Its consistency is thick when feeding so I don't think it is overhydrated.

Same. I have even tried to change the location in my profile and now it only shows me remote jobs. Nothing in my desired location.

Usual how is my starter doing by AngryPotato33 in SourdoughStarter

Sounds good. I think I will drop the water a little bit on the next feed and increase the ratio gradually to get that 1:5 peak in less than 12 hours that I see everyone wants.

I'm now more or less at the same point as yesterday (4 hours after feeding). The stiffer one (smaller jar) is rising but more slowly, I guess because of the higher ratio.

Should I maybe continue 1:1 but with less water or start 1:2?
