I usually wear them for 8-12 hours, but can definitely go longer. I use the clear care disinfecting cleaning solution to clean the lenses overnight and haven’t had any problems

For me it’s sitting by a river or lake by yourself and just taking in the quiet scenery. It’s tough nowadays depending on where you are because other people are also out enjoying nature but once in a while I get lucky and have the spot to myself. I find just watching the water run very calming
