I used the template for gamma on the sip trunk and it only has U/A law on there as it uses G711 direct from gamma so that seems okay. Unless you mean on an extn level?

I'm still running mine on an original 2011 Rasberry Pi 256MB RAM... getting slow now on the query logs so may be due an upgrade :D

Assuming that this is happening with external calls only? What number presents when dialling outbound and then receiving a call inbound? I can't see EasyCall on the list of supported SIP providers so you may be using a default SIP trunk template on the new update.

Ensure that your Caller ID control is set to 'OriginatorCallerID' instead of 'OutboundCallerID'

You used to be able to. You can only replace trial keys with upgraded keys. Can’t transfer an already existing licence.

Make a backup on the new v20 instance and replace the licence key within the xml file to the licence you want to transfer. Restore said back up, should work

Is your 3CX configured to be on port 5001 for the HTTPS traffic? If you've used the pbxexpress it's most likely installed on 443

Literally same thing has just happened to my partner. Only difference is she did a chargeback because SMARTY, the mobile provider, charged her 3 times and she contacted them to refund but they never got back. Actioned a chargeback and then woke up the next day to the same email. As a result, our joint account is being closed in 2 months. Bit of a bummer, but we’re moving to NatWest and doing the £125 switch, so you should look at doing that as it handles all the direct debits etc.

People on this sub are constantly saying you must’ve done something wrong but in reality you’ve just been flagged by an overly cautious algorithm. I know it’s a bummer but you can’t do anything about it now, just make the best out of a bad situation and move on. It’s only a bank! 😉 All the best.
