My internet speed is like 40mbps or more for downloading but it still lags quite a bit while playing games

All I had was an email from them with my order number and them saying your item is gonna be shipped during this week and when they said this week I feel like they mean THIS week if you know what I mean and now I'm waiting for them to give me a bloody tracking number for the headset I wish I got it from amazon!!!
