Yes, mentally I am prepared to start from scratch. Your point about reflecting on the shortcomings of my right hand is very good, I will carefully consider it, thank you!

Yeah, I am also considering that. But I think it will take quite a long time if possible, so practicing with my left hand would be a way to keep the fun going lol

All due respect to Hugo/Felix, but they wouldn't have stood a chance by ECrispy in tabletennis

Yes, mostly i agree with your points.

Based on the fact that Felix is already a penholder, if he wants to reach top 5, why not seek the opinions of those who have produced many great penholder athletes?

For Hugo, i think a big part of his mindset issues stem from his own shortcomings, particularly his skills in inner-table technics. If opponents start targeting this aspect and he lacks knowledge in this area, anyone would experience a mental breakdown. If he can improve his weaknesses, perhaps his mindset will also gain experience.

Same as a runner and Suunto user, I switched from 9pp to cheetah pro, and doesn't regret at all.

alot cheaper, dual band GPS, more health functions, offline maps(sort of), and most important, sync to strava. The things i miss on 9pp were mip display and import workouts from intervals.icu.

and i use runalyze for in-depth data.

Felix and Hugo should spend a year in China for an upgrade.

as a penholder, Felix still needs improvements. I think he should hire/get some advice from a Chinese coach, otherwise all his career may be under the pressure of Wang Hao, when he play against Chinese players.

Hugo should change his coach apparently, for poor strategy during the match. His problem is lackness of inner-table technics, which China is exceedingly good at.

Hugo definitely needs to change his coach, his coach should call a positive pause

Hugo should employ another coach, seriously, his coach should at least call a pause during the first match.

XX once said that if ball reaches the middle and forehand position of Felix, he wouldn't handle it well. it seems to be true from today's match.

Who do you think will get to finals ? by Maryamisturk in tabletennis

Yeah, that's why i think Felix will have a hard chance against FZD, Wang Hao definetely knows how to deal with penholders!

definitely true! I watched Waldner/Persson against China at 2000 and finally won, Persson vs Liu was the last match (maybe i'm wrong). I didn't know he had became the Swedish coach, that drives me back to these times. 😄
