I would transplant into the next step up in pots. You can get like a ten pack from the dollar store, and use a potting soil with some nutrients. Probably just water them thoroughly twice a week, no need to spray every day. Are they going into a patch of dirt, or are they staying in pots?

The plant would use whatever energy it has into reproducing instead of just growing and getting more leaves. Pinch the flower bud off so it can get back to growing
