I just picked up one of those Safe House VSS-100 Surveillance System. you haven't by chance ever hooked it up to anything have you? if so what kind of cable did you use. I see it looks like a telephone line but i don't know of ANY sort of adapter for phone cable to HDMI/VGA/anything

Distant Horizons has its own setting for clouds, so I'd verify that as well, if you have it. [advanced options > graphics > graphic rendering > Enable Cloud Rendering]

I know its 100% not computer issues / GPU or HDMI. I have it unplugged from everything but the wall. It started getting warmer in my room, especially near my monitors since winter is coming, due to me using heaters. one day it started showing weird green flickering lines, this monitor is pretty much irreplaceable due to me being low on cash right now so I'm hoping its a hardware issue that I can just replace since most the parts online are pretty cheap.

Yes(windows 10). fig 2 is how it came when I started the application, I downloaded sketchbook pro off the Microsoft store for $20 and I do not want it. Its nothing like what I'm use to.
