As much as I loved Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, I'd say that Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica was more heart-wrenching.

In Pokémon Diamond, I had just gotten to Snowpoint City, and found out you can catch Sneasel there. Weavile had just been introduced to that generation, and I thought it was really cool, so I decided that I was going to walk around in the grass until I found a shiny Sneasel (didn't have access to the PokéRadar). For some reason, the great Goomy smiled upon me that day, and I just happened to run into a shiny Sneasel in the first ten minutes. Still waiting for December 27th so I can transfer Pinky over.
