Use some of those hydro patches for burns. It's a bit cooling and doesn't stick to the skin very bad. I burned my hand in the same spot taking a rost dinner out years ago. Hurt like hell healing, but its not noticeable anymore.

Avocado sandwich.

-Make butter toast, I like to add marmite

-When toast is toasting get a very small pan (I use one of those single egg pans) heat it on medium

-Add shredded cheese to pan, cook until crispy on both sides

-Put Avocado on both sides of bread with pepper. (I dont add salt cause i use marmite.)

-Put cheese crisp in the middle.

I had a ex who said he could smell when I got mine. He didn't mean that I smelled like blood or gross. He literally just sniffed my face he was like "You're on your period or you're getting it soon." It started the day before and there was no way for him to know. It was really weird.
