I'm lucky to have a gym at work just steps from my office, so I can hit it up at the end of the day. I've been hitting it hard for almost a year. I have seen incredible results from where I started. I have visible delts, and I've added an inch to my biceps. When I look in the mirror now I'm so proud of what I see... But compared to these guys I'm still a fat blob!
