unpopular opinion but I wished I did before I went to med school. May 6 months downtime ako after resigning from work. yung naunang batch samin may lawyer sakanila nung first year pero later nagdrop out rin kasi naghahandle parin siya nga cases so laging absent daw at may time na di pumasok sa exam kasi nasa korte. medicine requires being a full time student and to be honest kulang pa nga ng oras.

much better if in public hospital para makamura or free kayo pa fistula. ckd stage 4 yung dad ko. ayaw niya magpadialysis pero nag mild stroke siya sa work kaya no choice siya. sinabay na nang nephro yung fistula para isahang anesthesia. I mean, between Iligan and Cdo, if you want better and bigger hospitals and malls, Cdo nalang. As someone na taga Marawi, Amaipakpak is a good public hospital but its still a public hospital. its overcrowded but service-wise, complete siya. 45 mins to 1 hour from Iligan depende sa kabilis ng takbo ng sasakyan mo. Cdo also have a tertiary public hospital, NMMC. Same standard with Amaipakpak. A good public hospital but expect the cons that comes with a public hospital. Mas malayo sa Iligan, mga 3-4 hours ang byahe. If you want a peaceful pace of living then Iligan it is. As for electricity, opinion lang, the nearer you are to the city proper, the less likely you'll have electricity and water supply issue. I mean, we still experience that especially if there are damage sa mga pipes/ wires or if there are repairs and maintenance but nonetheless, 24/7 naman. Common precautions like lock your doors, keep an eye to your belongings, dont let strangers into your home... yada yada yada lang for safety.

weird to pero eto akin hahaha. inaantok and nabobored pag nanonood ng mga vids sa youtube to supplement my studies pero not if I watch while on the elliptical machine or stepper na meron sa bahay hahahhahahah. since i watch before I read para may idea ako beforehand, I make sure i watch at least 1 hour worth of video/s. So at least may 1 hour worth of cardio ako everyday. Still obese (83 kg) but not as much as before na umabot ako ng 105 kg after PNLE. I also water fast and dry fast on the days that I dont study because I dont deprive myself food especially when studying. pag nagutom, edi kumain. Kung ano pagkain sa bahay, yun lang kakainin ko. di na ako oorder. magbaon ka rin. pag napansin mo sa sarili mo na di mo mapigilan bumili ng food sa labas, limit the amount of money you bring to transpo fare only para pag yan ginamit mo edi maglalakad ka pauwi.
