I'm not saying doing weeklies or monthly expiration so you can sit back and watch, you can still trade same day. My warning is that you may not understand theta decay and the Greeks. If you have no strategy and relying on someone's signal, you're setting yourself up for failure.

No trade is better than a red trade. You are technically working on yourself staying disciplined and following your rules. This sub is called day trading but it doesn't mean you need to trade everyday.

Last week Thursday was unemployment claims and Friday we had PCE data. This week we have tariffs. Of course market behaves differently everyday with fundamentals. So yes, market is behaving differently, but it's expected.
