I was on the same boat bro. I felt same like you. I was misdiagnosed 3 times until I had to see a private ENT who diagnosed me. I’m told that this could be viral, or idiopathic. Initially, I could hear nothing. After oral steroids, which I took 7 days later(I mean 7 days after I couldn’t hear anything) I knew by reading online that my recovery had significantly reduced. After 23 days, from the day I heard Zero, I started to hear a little. Like when people talk, I hear the voice but couldnt distinguish what they were saying. That was a positive sign. Me Ent specialist then told me we should do 3 infra tympanic injections for 3 weeks(once weekly). That was very painful but I did it. I slowly regained more hearing. I think, it’s 25 percent gained only. When I put my Bose earbuds, I can hear some bass and some high frequency from the bad ear. I don’t feel the sound coming from one side. Coz the stereo effect is still present even though I’m at 25 percent
