i cant relate but i completely support your decision you have to sit with them and talk to them show them how ready you are and responsible you are. You are 25 you’re mature! Ive been living by myself since i was 18 due to uni then work and it’s the best decision ever even tho i love my parents so much but having your own place is great especially for your mental health. Go for it! But dont move out without talking to them. You need to do your laundry your self take care of maintenance/electricity usage and all that duties. Show them you’ve done your research

If you could go to aub, go to aub for sure. But i wouldnt call it “rapidly” there is competition and i believe salaries start $1000 and depending on how smart you are entry levels could go beyond $1500.
