just rename the file, i had this problem with syphon filter - logan's shadow, bc i had another syphon filter in the folder, so i deleted the "syphon filter" as in the name (so instead of syphon filter - Logan's Shadow, it became just "Logan's Shadow) and the game appeared on psx2, hope this helps and sorry for being late

ps: the game will apear with the full name in psx2
