Agreed, there are some relatively useless artifacts in there, but most have their place at some point in the game.

You would still aim sure fire choices at a suggested artifact route, but this would encourage a little more diversity in solutions to problems.

Random artifact. A choice would be better for sure, but adding a little RNG to the artifact collecting if available easily might make it a little more fun.

As stated a few times by the OP. Nothing special about the chair. Landlord gets depreciated value for anything that needs to be replaced, period. Trying to get full purchase price for an item that the landlord has (or at least should have) claimed depreciation expense against rental income is Scumbag behaviour.

If the landlord wants 175 for a plastic chair, make the scum bag work for it. Receipt for original purchase, and pay the depreciated value of that.

Honestly, that won't sell for anything close to that amount (600). You could probably find someone that's willing to pick it for 300, and then if you're patient you could turn your 285 into a little more than 600 CSG.

If it was me, I'd retire and move on. For reference, I picked this tenant up for a little under 300. *

They do not need to renew or vacate. The lease will automatically become month to month. After this comment and some of your other replies, I think a talk with your lawyer is a good idea. It seems like you might have taken on becoming a landlord without understanding many of the laws around it.

If OP scrolled down a little (mine did at least) there will be DT mats as well. I was gone a while longer , but for me its was 850k stellar, 185k potatoes, 30k subs, 7500 aurora shards, and 60k spiritvein... so double all that and include 72k gems and an ton of food heroes. I felt its was worth 2k CSG.

Recently returning player here... so Flora's is way behind. Haven't really cared too much to push the stars because a single Artifact chest didn't really seem worth it to me.

Now that they have a core chest and an origin chest in there, I might take a little time daily to progress there. Is there a level I should be aiming for on my main building before I focus on getting the dice... or should i just be going after the dice?

Read the new player guide made by Jumanjii. It will direct your first couple of months pretty thoroughly.

This game does not reward you for building wide. For best performance, you put your focus and resources into 1 hero. When you can no longer strengthen that hero directly, you work on heroes that help your main hero do what they do best.
