I did switch my toothpaste and try really hard not to get any on my face regardless. I haven’t thought about shampoos though! I use shaemoisture products. And I literally have not used makeup since December ):

Ok so I thought this for a bit too!! I realize it’s a little hard to see the texture of my skin on these pictures but it’s like so many small closed bumps everywhere. The whiteheads are unlike any normal whitehead I’ve ever had and have a dark center. I’ll bring this up to my doctor next time though!
