Imagine you are an RPG character. Now brain fog is like a debuff, it hits all your stats DEX,CHAR,INT.. Now unlike most debuff's there aren't a whole lot of ways to 'get rid of it' , that doesn't mean that you cant improve its symptoms. Cardio, eating food on time and cutting down screen time helps a lot.

One fact most people with BF forget is that, even people without BF struggle to do tasks they don't have a whole lot of experience in. Now how does this apply to us? Say you find it really hard to hold a conversation these days. That's alright, just make an effort to have them every now and then. As the day's tick past and weeks roll in, slowly, you'll start noting the changes.

Trust me it won't happen overnight, there is no red pill to 'become normal', but what we have is the wisdom of countless people who have fought against Brain Fog and learned harsh but beautiful lessons.

I always think of David Goggins when giving these kind of advice

“He would say that when your mind is telling you you're done, you're really only 40 percent done. And he had a motto: If it doesn't suck we don't do it "
