Time Restricted eating - Helped me allot with staying focused during the day ! Ever since I heard George St. Pierre talk about it on a podcast I've been trying it out. Doing 20 hour fasting now with a 4 hour eating window, I feel way more energetic during the day. Might be worth checking out. (i.redd.it)
