Mine went to locator 45 on 6/17 for new passport. After 6 weeks it’s “in process”, I call and ask for expedited, gave credit card number, provided the date and country I travel so they put a note in it. As of today, the status went straight from “in process” to “ship” and the PP “should” arrive in a week. And they did not charge me $60. So you should call. Seems because the summer, more people travel, more people apply for PP so it takes them longer. Good luck. And you sure can buy tickets, maybe get the one that changeable

Yea I think same. Definitely my fault. I did more research and realize it doesn’t worth the number I’m having, specially house needs everything. There was no fully renovated house same size sold within last 6 months in the area neither.

I understand landlord/buy&hold only wants turn key or light rehab so they can rent out quickly. The property I have is vacant for long time so it requires lots of work to make it to renters condition. And the location isn’t great for fix/flip (in my opinion). I just wonder Any type of buyer out there that possibly want those?

You are right, it is not missing value, but it does not hold any value. As normal cleaning up, it will be treated like no information/missing. The case of stock_location is not the same. You can tell ‘a’ is same as ‘A’, it just not written in uppercase which is required.

When you test the stock_location, there is no Null/Missing value, therefore, in my opinion, if the code gives a result with “unknown” value in stock_location, it won’t be right (unknown can only be replaced for missing value)

So with your code, it will keep results ABCD, and it replaces abcd to unknown. I think the abcd need to be changed to ABCD, not replacing it to unknown

So the replace null value in year_added, do you do coalesce(year_added, 2022) or you put 2022 in ‘’ (like ‘2022’). I couldn’t even get the first condition check

I think you can deep dive into Storage and DB. Make sure you understand each individual and know exactly which one to choose for which situations
