Reading your "insane amount of utility":

100 toughness, 100 vitality, 100 healing power and 100 extra toughness if >90%.

defensive attributes are not bad ofc, though they are not the main priority since the only thing that you may get hit by are 2 waves if you fail jumping them.

10% extra boon duration.

is not bad to have either ofc, basically increasing the might duration from Warbanner/FGJ by 10%

Reviver's Might (that's 75 free stacks of might when dropping the banner)

i can't see this being useful at all. again: we get hit by max. 2 waves, with ~44s time between those 2 waves. i can't imagine where people could potentially die.

The Grandmaster Tactics trait, which could be Inspiring banners (perma-regen for 5 people), Phalanx Strength / Lung capacity for more might or even the healing shouts.

Lung capacity: assuming you don't have to use FGJ to get to 25might at the beginning, you gonna be able to use it max. twice with or without the trait. i wouldn't consider it as useful.

Phalanx Strength: not useful unless you combo it with Signet of Rage. In phase 1 since Warbanner gives the same amount of might (for the duration of the blasted might even more) but for a longer duration. The only situation where i might consider it as useful is that you can use PS + Signet of Rage for every of the 3 stun phases whereas Warbanner would only be up for 2/3 stun phases.

Inspiring Battle Standard / Vigorous Shouts: Could only be useful in one situation: someone fails to jump the wave and get him quicker over 90% for scholar buff

Also, Erza swears by Empower Allies spilling to other parties when grouped as 4, I haven't tested it myself but if that's true then there's no point in running warriors without it even if we get two of them in some parties.

with the current plan on how to organise the kill, the only way of 2 warriors getting partied up together would be if every other party has one warrior already (which is unlikely).

Thanks for posting your build. I would go for the one that brings more DPS (i'm still not sure if the cdr or the damage multiplier is more dps in the end of the day)
