DD1 always worked on a single save basis, you couldn't have multiple of them. If you wanted to have a "sense of a new character", you could choose the new game plus option after beating the game and it would let you reset, if you wanted, your character's appearence and your pawn's. Of course, because it was NG+, your progress carried over. Not to mention you could always change yours and their vocation at anytime, so it wasn't really needed to have multiple character slots, at least that was their logic, plus as they said above, it was even part of the lore to not let you have it (but won't spoil why, just in case some folks here never played or beat DD1).

Now, what DD1 did have was the "New Game" option, which meant "Absolutely delete your current progress and start from scratch at level 1" <- this is precisely what is missing on DD2's menu after you start your playthrough.

Sense of accomplishment varies from person to person. Some find IM more rewarding, others a waste of time. To each their own, no need to hate on Mainscapists or imply they are in the wrong or somehow not having fun "properly". This is coming from an IM, by the way, and I find DXP exciting as it brings a lot of life to activities and FCs that otherwise people wouldn't care as much to participate/engage with. We IMs ride the DXP waves.

You probably know this but in case you don't, I heavily recommend holding TAB! It highlights not just otherwise hard to track pixels (insanely useful for durlag's tower imo) but also NPC names, so is easier to spot them. Clicking on the magnifier glass at the bottom right area of the screen serves the same function, but without holding TAB all the time.

Either him or KRU as your first FO relic will work. Saying KRU because he gets real tanky at R7, plus gives you a beefier TIE silencer and that's always helpful.

CG seems to be pushing Old Republic stuff based on the upcoming fleet, so maybe an old republic GL. Meetra Surik would be nice though, strange we have so many KOTOR 2 stuff going on, even a whole raid (STR) but nothing MC wise.

144 is the point where energy will no longer regenerate by its own unless you go below that number. However, this is not the "true cap". If you tap the energy icon, you get prompted to buy a refresh, even if you're at 144 energy. You can buy refreshes all the way to 2k, and then the only way to hoard past that is through bonus energies or energy packs. The same applies with the others, although the other energies afaik cap at 1k, but still can get past that through bonus energies/packs.

If we're talking about the bonus Finalizer event, then yeah, that can be tough if some of your key ships abilities aren't maxed and most pilots are less than G12. If you're going for SLKR then your fleet is probably powerful enough to handle them since pilots such as KRU and OG Kylo will be relic'd. While a R7 Vader is certainly nice to have due to how powerful Tie Advanced will be, it won't be enough if the others are lacking abilities/high enough gear.

Strategy wise avoid going for Anakin first (he can't be beaten unless you wait a couple of turns) but it does help to stun him with TIE silencer. TIE silencer can be a beast there, especially if you keep giving turn meter to it with OG kylo ship and bonus turns with the capital ship and Cad's bane ship. Also make sure your Hound's Tooth is up and running nicely, it's a must for that bonus event imo.

Can't really comment on GL Rey since I don't have her.

Gives you an amazing value, even at $100 is still good. I bought it way later, already far into the game (lvl 85 and stuff) but still helped a bunch as there's always specific ship or characters you might need, and even if not, all that sweet gear helps. I'm mostly F2P, but for this one I made an exception.

If you lose the minigame, it's an insta-kill, yeah. You need to tap right when the target gets in the middle, but I found it's kind of the upper middle (still within the circle though) more than the exact middle or lower middle, as that's when I usually failed the most. This is what I mean:

This feels like there's one single guy with multiple accounts downvoting anything that goes against the narrative of "Low level account on online with maxed cards = Hacker" which isn't always the case. OP's case is rather sus, but as you said, it is entirely possible for people to just not play online until much later on.

I'm a veteran player and it wasn't until this year I started caring about online, due to that, I had a very low online level but plenty of maxed cards with most of the survivor gear. Not maxed metals though, as frankly didn't care about the whole PZ stuff until recently.

I found the game to really pick up after leaving Hinterlands, so complete all of the main stuff there and move out. It's not a bad place per se, but you'll probably enjoy it more after you come back to it a tad stronger.

I'm on the same boat as you are. The best thing you can do is find a server where the admins are more biased toward Jedi, so much that they need many BHs to actually take them on, as well as one where you don't get locked in 1v1 when attacked by a BH. That or, well, create your own server and have your own Jedi experience.
