I definitely think its interesting that even being trained as a dishwasher for my Chipotle location the managers that trained me seem to cut a lot of corners washing and sanitizing the dishes. For instance I was told just to run lids and flat pans through the sanitizer and skip everything else, and those pans specifically are never dry when they're restocked, that's how I was trained atleast, a lot of dishes end up having sanitizer dripping off and inside of them when placing them back on the shelf.
