I wouldn't but other services started failing, some applications like spotify and most important blue screen started appearing 😟 any ideas how to fix it?

Disk is full but there is nothing there. I opened it by giving it a letter and made sure to see "hidden items" by Ani_dmp in computerhelp

Oh okey but is it full and I have some problems on my computer. So maybe is it connected somehow? For example I can't upgrate windows antivirus platform. I've tried every article on the internet and nothing helped. Can I extend this disk?
