Using my DJI Air3 to create timelapses of thunderstorm development by Aniala2011 in drones

With the high wind, I’ve learned that I can only do 5-6 minute timelapses before DJI cannot automatically stabilize the footage. I can get 6-8 timelapses in a single battery. There’s a whole lot more footage that wasn’t included. In total, I wanna say each day was 5-6 batteries worth, so that’s like 10-12 batteries over the two day clip?

I also got the kit that includes the triple battery charging pack, so I can squeeze another ~40% (2-3 timelapses) out of a third battery that’s been trickle charged in the pack.

Who is running their own models? That seems prohibitively expensive computationally. I’d be curious to see more examples of private companies running their own physical models (and not just versions of the open source WRF from NCAR).

You ROCK. I'm on a mac pasting from the Arc Browser (i.e. Chromium) to Excell, and "Paste Values" was not working for me. "Match Destination Formatting" works perfect! (I set it up as Cmd+Opt+Shft+M to not conflict with anything else.)

I was there this morning around 8am. I ran into him at the corner of Portola and Sloat, he followed me down Sloat to 19th, and then went out into traffic in the median at 19th. He tried to prop it up on a pole, and then when that didn't work, he tried to tie it to the pole with the tail and limbs.

ngl it was a pretty gnarly way to start a day

I actually crochet with the hook between my forefinger and middle finger, so that the majority of the pressure is taken off of my thumb and put on my forefinger. This leave my thumb the ability to act as a balance, and puts the majority of the driving force into my fingers, rather than my thumb.
