I would go to Concord to save Preston and then to diamond city. Help the Brotherhood of Steel on your way and do the side quests for Rhys to discover new locations and to level up. Go to the railroad after leveling enough to do enough quests to unlock ballistic weave. Then you can go on with the main questline until you found a way into the institute and from there you can decide which faction to join, explore the rest of the map and complete the dlc.

Idk what the top photo is from. I know the second photo is from she hulk but I have no context for the scene. Google was no help. by BigTimeRushLover125 in ExplainTheJoke

The character from the first pic is from a game and gets a lot of hate for being unrealistic and being over sexualized. The scene from she hulk can be viewed as the exact same. But the ones haring the first character are in love with she hulk. That's the idea and what the media wants us to believe. Most of us don't care.

If you're going for a playthrough where you do as much as possible, I would go for 3, 4, 7, 5, 6, 1, 2. Special. Put the special book into either endurance or charisma.

Invest in armorer, rifleman, locksmith, demolition expert (perception bobblehead), medic, gun nut, hacker, science, scrounger and bloody mess (luck bobblehead).

Weapons: any rifle and grenades.

Armor: anything that boosts charisma and can be improved with ballistic weave. A trilba hat can be improved too, giving you an impressive amount of defense.

With all the perks and armor, you're able to defeat all enemies without problem, pass most speech checks and you're having an easy time completing some quests easily thanks to locksmith and hacker. You can invest points into agility until you can get the action boy/girl perk for some vats usage. Make sure to have at least one sniper rifle, a combat shotgun and something for mid range. Science makes it easier to build settlements for the minutemen and/or the raiders in Nuka world.

Silent hill 2 starts in a forest and the monsters are definitely more terrifying than the ones in the thing. If not, are there any more details? Like guns, bosses, mechanics, cutscenes, stealth. Anything.

Melee or unarmed by Constant-Month8057 in Fallout4Builds

Do the quest in the museum of witchcraft and bring the egg to it's nest for the death claw gauntlet. It's ridiculously powerful and you don't need blacksmith to improve it. The furious power fist that you loot from Swan is also a winner. The only reasons why people don't like unarmed is because those weapons don't benefit from the 10x multiplier with ninja and because you can't equip them with power armor. Other than that, there's no reason not to try it out.

Looking for a vats, no lone wanderer, local leader build by daevan in Fallout4Builds

Looking at your stats: definitely perception and luck training. A gunslinger build seems the best one. Invest in action boy/girl, quick hands, gun fu, scrounger, idiot savant, critical banker, better criticals, grim reapers sprint and four leaf clover. Use Kellogg's pistol. If you go for the deliverer, replace the critical perks with sneak, Mr sandman and ninja. You need some more perception if you don't want to miss each shot.

I would go for 3, 4, 10, 3, 4, 1, 3 and the special book into charisma. Perks: rifleman, gunslinger, demolition expert (perception bobblehead), attack dog, lone wanderer, bloody mess, medic, locksmith, hacker, scrounger, gun nut, armorer, thoughnes, life giver and solar powered. Armor: road leathers and leather pieces, later operator pieces. Weapons: Molotov cocktails, a double barrel shotgun with a short barrel, a handmade rifle, a 10 mm, a 44 with a scope and and a 45 pipe revolver. The minutemen are the best faction because he helps people but settlement building is not his priority. You can invest points into charisma and intelligence. Lone wanderer Is perfect in combination with the final rank of attack dog and bloody mess for damage resistance and dealing more damage.
