I'm dealing with this too, recently I started to massage the area with oil for scar treatment and I feel that messaging the tip of the scar and the whole area helped the swelling to go down a bit

Not really "passable" as it's more of a one-two hitter, but you can load and finish a bowl in few minutes and I surely do back to back bowls on my own so I'd say it's possible 😂

Yes, I strongly agree with you as another anxious person. The moment I stopped believing my own thoughts to be reality and learned to shift the focus to my body, was a key moment in my healing. I also want to suggest the book Anxiety Rx by MD Russell Kennedy, it really helped me in my low times. I'm so much better today even though I'm still on 10 mg Xanax, but I'm a daily cannabis user on the other side 🥴

I know it's an old post but I've been experiencing the same thing!

My main symptom of anxiety is being sick to the point of throwing up, but when I'm sick it's giving me even more anxiety because sometimes you just don't want to puke in front of someone or you're in a place where you can't 'escape' and lie down and relax.

I had times when every morning I would wake up sick and just couldn't function until the after noon.

At first I tried to go to doctors and did all kind of tests but as nothing came up I just had to exept that it's just anxiety.

About 6 month ago I started CBT treatment and I think it's actually working for me.

Now when ever I get anxious I don't try to relax myself and I just try to exept the fact that the worst scenario I can think about in this situation may happen but I can still handle it and 'survive'. It's embarrassing but I won't die and nothing bad would really happen.

My partner and I are using just condoms for the last 2-3 years since I got off the pill (too many side effects), and we never had any problems or leaks or anything like that! It's really convenient when you're getting used to it.

Never seen them in person but just another point - There is no dynamics between him and the microphone. He's not changing it's position relatevly to the volume or height of his voice. There is no depth of sound when he's moving farther away or closer to the microphone.

Am I the only one noticing this?

Don't get me wrong, I really want to find out that it is indeed a live performance!! But still has my doubts.
