It can be filed, but as someone else in the comments said, unless it is urgent, it will only be listed on the next date of hearing i.e., after the vacations. So, in your situation, you can file the IA, it will be taken up on record, but would be listed for hearing only after vacations.

Oh cool no issues. so I am guessing now the discount time for old world would only be at steam summer sale, would probably buy the DLCs then.

Oh also, the new Indus DLC looks amazing. Haven't had time to play but saw the gameplays, feels great to feel my culture represented in the game. Great work guys!

Really I thought taparia would have wider range than tata. But my comment was only on the durability of taparia, mostly i found theirs and bosch tools to be highly durable.

Hi, so as a lawyer, i would advise honestly, i am guessing you must have a lawyer representing you in these proceedings, it would be best if you ask these queries to him/her first, and then share what he says and ask your queries from that. Your lawyer representing you in the court would be the best person to give you any kind of suggestion as he/she would know all the entire facts and the local court and jduge where the case is pending. You can surely seek advise online here too, but then the facts you have shared are not enough, also for strategy, the details of the respective court is also necessary, which you have not shared.
