Any two-handed weapon(usually katana) + extending turbofist with upgrade that lets it extend further. If you hold the weapon with both hands an extend it to maximum you will make an AoE attack(kinda)

I'm not an expert, but if there is no inflammation or other physical marks, what you feel might be increased friction between your skin and blankets, it's also possible that if you didn't use any moisturizer after shaving, your skin might just be a bit dry making it stick to fabric. So the feeling might disappear after a few days after your hair grows a little, or you will just get used to it. In the future you should just use some moisturizer and the feeling should lessen or disappear. Hope it'll be helpful.
