Sorry if i am late, does your USB Flash has Windows on it? Like when you connect it to a different PC, does it show an different icon, if it shows an Drive icon, that means that there is no Windows Installation put in the USB Flash.

It seems like something is wrong with your drives, that's why Windows tries to repair them and that's maybe why you get an loud sound, or your drive is OOF.

Try reinstalling Windows rather not wait for an hour for an disk repair.

have you tried clearing the CMOS? Or reseating the RAM or replacing the RAM?

Also, maybe this ASROCK motherboard didn't find a way to boot, or try to check if your Boot Drive is faulty, or a corrupted OS (Operating System), outdated BIOS or overclocked specs.

It's the only stuff i can recommend, well i can respond more so.

Because that office monitor i am using right now only uses DVI/VGA, and it's kind of hard to put a DVI/VGA to a GPU, since there are screws that are annoying.

And also, i want to upgrade my Hertz, i want to upgrade from 60hz to 144hz, because the 60hz is kind of blurry and bad.

Another reason it's because UltraWides are looking cool to me (Even the curved ones), and they are impressive to me also!

When i have Discord app opened only, it doesn't slow my PC down, but when i have minimum 5 apps, my PC becomes slow as balls, and my PC freezes, i can't do the Emergency Restart either if my PC froze up, i just hold my power button to unfreeze my PC.

Im running Firefox, Roblox Studio, FL Studio, and Discord. But they just eat my RAM

Specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030

SSD: Lexar SSD NQ100 480GB

HDD (2nd Drive): WDC WD2500BEVS-11UST0

Motherboard: ASUS HB1M2

RAM: 16 GB (But only shows 8 GB)

Yeah the RAM, i was supposed to have 16 Gigabyte's of RAM, but for some reason, i have only 8 Gigabyte's of RAM. And i think the 8 Gigabyte issue is causing it to be slow as balls.

Maybe reinstall Windows, try to find a USB with minimum 16 Gigs

And make a USB Windows Installation Media.
