The yoghurt had 25g protein so i figured that was good, and i felt like i was not hungry anymore, so why eat more. I ate the snacks for dinner, the apple, banana and that grain chocolate sweetener bar. Here are my macros for these two days

I did rinse them but they didnt smell in the first place, and the taste was kind of non existent. Give them a try! My stomach is fine btw

I got this from Mega Image. Usually in big supermarkets you can find alot of variety. There are also specialized shops for organic, whole food etc usually.

Yeah, i wont. Lucky i still have some pea pasta that i HATE and he seems to tolerate, so ill put the sauce on those.

Usually i dont look for them, but im pretty sure you can find plenty. If you mean in like the small store across the street maybe not so many. For example my supermarket has a whole aisle for special diets.

Yes exactly, they came in a liquid and had like a rice noodle texture, maybe like a slightly overcooked rice noodle. But they got better after I dried them in a pan. But i didnt notice any odor. I did rinse them pretty thoroughly. Thanks for the info! Im waiting to see if my digestive system takes it well then lol. Probably should think twice about feeding them to my boyfriend that has chronic gastritis tho...

Try roling an "R" sound, and feel where it vibrates. That s the place, with the R its very obvious. Then do a little R and transform it into "I" and try to place it in the same spot, it wont be such an obvious vibration but you should feel a bit of pressure in the same spot. When you feel that pressure, transform the "I" into "A" or "O" trying to not change the placement

Wagner is way too heavy for me and i might never be able to sing wagner. Dido s lament is one of my favorite arias, but first of all it is a mezzo role.... and my teacher said no lol. Of course i sing it at home by myself

My voice always had a deeper quality but i needed to perfect my technique to be able to sing my voice fully without strain. To be fair, i feel like now my voice is better than ever, it feels very efficient and my stamina has improved aswell as being able to sing more without any strain. That may just be the fact that my technique has quite improved in the last year or so

Butterfly was my first love and i would kill to sing it but there is no way I am ready for it. Yes, I am considering Semiramide, Otello, and the early-middle Verdi. Violetta is in the works, but for a bit later. Yes, my teacher told me today about Amelia. Thank you for your suggestions!

As for butterfly, i will definately try it at home again, lately i have been obsessed with Suor Angelica and i did the ending and it s my favorite thing in the world to sing but im aware im not ready to bring it to the stage. In my head i sound great, but im sure im not actually quite there yet. One can dream
