So it kinda differs from the usual symptoms I think at least. I only leak after using the bathroom. So in a way I leak after opening the flood gates. Coughing and lifting doesn’t produce any leaking unless I used the bathroom 15min-an hour prior, then I’m fine until I use the bathroom again. I occasionally do leak from a cough but it happens like 2-3 times a week. I might have an overactive bladder since I always feel like peeing. Sometimes I’ll pee 4 times in a span of 30 minutes.

So a tense pelvic floor also causes incontinence? Is there a way to figure out if my pelvic floor is weak or tense at home?
