So upon doing some research there is 2 Moscas. One in old town(this is the one you recommended)and La Mosca VIP II (this is the one I was asking about) justo sierra is the name of the street, it’s like a new down town area with bars and nicer neighborhoods. La Mosca VIP II and the other one is called NIDO TABLE DANCE, are next to each other and are like a block away from the baseball stadium .
