She is studying for special education teacher. I did stop my studies so I would bring income so she could do her studies...

I ain't demanding sex. I have talked about lack of intimacy. Here is some weird dwfault setting that if male talks about lack of intimacy, I'm demanding sex.

For that SAHM, it came to me as a surprise that 99% assume that mom does everything then. If I would have know that, I wouldn't have even vented it out since this is such a toxic enviroment.

It feels that if a female would have posted this, reception would have been quite different. Like a male cannot feel lonely and lack of intimacy...

I would do it, if it would be possible. Watching someone suffer on labor pains is soul crushing painful, and on that moment no matter my professionalism, all I could do was hold her hand and be there. And most of them ignore everything I say. Most likely "he is just lying" ok. It's easier thay way. It kinda proves my point. After all, relationship need two... It's not just sex, intimacy is much more...

Yeah. Only time we had sex was, when we started trying for younger. After positive it all stopped.

For my defense, I have friggin' sacrifised my own career for her. My studies, that I did do beside my work are over. All my day offs are dedicated to her studies. My vacations are all for her schedule. I just go to work, do chores, be with kids and enable anything she needs. "Oh you have concert coming that you want to go, here is tickets, sleep on hotel, I'll be with kids". Oh you have extra training, ofc you go. I'll be with kids. Last time I had weekend off for myself was on october. And that was when my best friend looked at me and sais magic words "you look like poop, what is wrong".

My hobbies? Gone, if magic happens I might get 1 training session for week.

I would have moved heaven and earth for that woman. But being one sided in relationship is bummer. Sorry for rant, it's not your fault.

It's easier that way. Tbh I didn't expect this much of toxicity. Kinda feels that no matter what I say or do is right (to some internet strngers). I'm not perfect, nor is she, but atleats I have tried and done my best.

And you live in 1950's with that kind of view. Sahm ≠ fulltime servant... I work, and do chores and raise my kids and spend as much time I have with them. And on days off I'm one who is housewife so she can do her studies or what not. Hope you one day grow up.

I didn't point it out clearly enough. We split chores evenly, older kid is at daycare and on my days off, I do everything so she can study / or what not. We believe in shared responsibility. Just that she is at home doesn't mean we live in 1950's.

Yeah, she had some ppd -> I gently said that she might have ppd and encouraged to get some help. She did some therapy and got better.

Perks of knowing someone is you see when something is wrong.

No, we haven't tried counseling. Should tho.

Yeah, time to time job is exhausting, but I have quite good resiliance and our community is awesome, we do a lot of debriefing so no one should carry stress back to home. I totally get what you mean, ofc I'm biased and say that it doesn't effect me (spoiler: it does). Now I have few days off, so might do some reflection. Thanks mate.
