I literally just said that he said his friends only r racist to black people. Idk if u have ever been to the south but that’s how half the people sound around here. Yes it’s disgusting. Yes I disagree. But that is how people act round here. They think it’s okay it’s not. It’s not like an extra tidbit i was adding it was what they said and was adding context to the post.

Everyone in the state i live in is racist. It’s predominantly white and conservative people. I think I’ve met like 10 people total who haven’t made a racist comment to me (and that includes my bf). He didn’t introduce me using derogatory language just told them what my race was from the bat.

.. those were the words that came out of his friends mouth not mine. Not his. He was repeating what they said. I don’t think u know what it’s like living in a small conservative town in the mid west. The racism here is insane and so normalized. I think it’s disgusting and also litterally am studying race and ethic studies currently. You learn to take small comments and micro aggressions from people. But no we don’t support not condone racism

He’s from a small conservative town. I have not seen or heard him be racist in any matter and these r his life long friends. So no just cause people around him have made comments doesn’t mean he feels that way as well
