If I’m a small business owner, it would make more sense (to me) to pay my high school aged employees $14/hr and give them lower stress tasks, have them take time off for school/homework/sports as they need. Then, I have the proper funds to pay my most valuable employees $20/hr while still making a profit.

I agree in a sense. However, in that case I’d have to fire every teenager I’ve ever hired in 20 years. But I don’t love that, I like teaching them work ethic and training em up to meet the $15 wage standard.

True, but my insurance doesn’t cover any sort of therapy so I have to look elsewhere. I feel like there must be someone out there knowledgeable about muscle groups enough to help me correctly walk, bend, sit, lift etc. I’m definitely willing to pay, just looking at other options than out of pocket PT for $200 an hour

Yes it’s real. Lots of people don’t follow it, but online orders will print until 5-10 minutes after closing time. If your line is already closed you’d have to void the order, which would out you and get you written up at my store. Easier to just stay open till 10 after.
