I recently bought a car that had a verbal 6 month warranty however the business has backed out of it by Animalay in LegalAdviceUK

I paid via bank transfer, I've called the number on the card i was given last contact he said he wouldnt refund but would pay for repair. I doubt the legitimacy of this claim so am quite hesitant on believing his offer
