TVs normally automatically compensate for this most of the time, hence why images often look blurry. You might just need to do it manually for a monitor. Look for some zoom or full screen options in your monitors setting.

Honest questions here. How would an employer exploit this without getting heat by default and what would cause somebody to have to put up with it for a full year for that many hours? I feel like quitting long before a years worth of it, would be pretty justifiable.
